These drawers would have come home with me if I didn't already have a similar set.
I must have spent 15 minutes digging through these rusty letters to come up with MST.
That is a T isn't it? The B sticking out of the box was waving at me, so it came home with
me also.

Made in the USA. Just one more reason to buy them.
Oh my!
Too cute. Not sure what it's hauling though.
How's this for a plate rack?
My very first selfie.
Besties.
How sweet is this?
I forgot to go back and take a second look at this wheel. With a little tweaking, wouldn't it make a great necklace display?
Loved everything in this space.
I almost bought these little drawers.
Then I spotted these just across the hall. They're green, they're metal, they're cool, and they're full of little treasures already. What else did I buy? A few packs of buttons, two vintage towel bars, old paint brushes, four rusty metal letters, three wire shelves, several pieces of silverware for stamping, and some rusty hinges. The damages could have been much worse considering we were in here for well over two hours.
OH OH OH I am putting this on the Sunday (Saturday lol) drive list!!!! Drooling!!!!
ReplyDeleteHiow did you like our 80 degree weather?!? Had to put the AC on in the car!
Xo
PSI have a wheel just like that one! Never thought of using it for a necklace display!!!! Xo
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I would love to visit that place...:) Love, love, love the green metal drawers! Sounds like you founs some great things! I always enjoy coming to visit here...lots of eye candy! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Vicky
With all that eye candy going on, no wonder you delayed lunch. :D I see several things I would like, but don't need.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Betsy, what fun shopping!! (And a cute selfie ;)

No growling stomach would have kept me from visiting that antique mall with you, Betsy. There are so many things to love, including the letters, the drawers, the wheel, some baskets and more. What a great place to shop.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week!
Hugs,
Julia
Betsy,
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking us shopping with you. I would have purchased some of those wonderful metal letters too, and yes, that's a T.
Blessings,
Linda
Wow this looks like a fun day...look at all the goodies! Love your pretty selfie, Betsy!
ReplyDeleteI want to go to that shop. I love everything I saw, I could live there. Unfortunately we don't have a place like that in the Detroit area. At least not one that has decent prices. Those letters would have been more than double that price. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a way to work up an appetite...Well worth the late lunch!
ReplyDeletePS. Love those scrolly and rusty letters!!!
ReplyDeleteHow great that you and your mom can shop together! Celebrating a tax refund, I hope?:) I would have stayed there for hours, too, and my damage would have been WAY worse lol. xoKathleen
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to have gone shopping with you. I see so many things that would have been hard to resist! I love the "MIST"!

Your selfie is so classic - I mean, gosh, it kind of sums you up, does it not? Perhaps it should be a permanent part of your blog!
ReplyDelete'Oh My' is right! I was actually drooling as I scrolled down through the photos - what fun! Love the letters you bought and I agree with you on the 'favorite' booth. That grill dish rack was the best! Very cute selfie, by the way. Happy St. Patrick's Day! xo Karen
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! This place looks so lovely and full of inspiration!! I'll come shop with you anytime! Thanks for a great tour! :) Happy St.Patrick's Day! xo Holly
ReplyDeleteI would give up food for days to spend time in this heaven of all things junk-tastic! I am always looking for some place to place my smalls in my booth. Saw the solution right here - FILE CABINETS! What a clever idea. Just file all my laces and trims and buttons.
ReplyDeleteWowzers... I wish I could be there IRL. There are more than a few things I would love to bring home! Those green drawers are wonderful; love your selfie!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, I am going to have to make a point to visit next time I'm there; a good friend used to live in Salida. (Your pictures turned out so much nicer than the ones I took on my cell phone in the dark market!)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, what an amazing place. I would have forgotten about lunch, too!
ReplyDeleteWonderful post. Great pictures.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you scored.
A girl after my own heart. I LOVE flea markets and antique malls!!!! I can't seem to stay away.
LOL. I know what you mean about the damage could be worse! It's hard to control myself. Now that the weather is getting better.... look out... here I come.
Thanks for sharing.
Have a lovely week.
Elizabeth
I would love to go shopping with you to that antique mall! I just love those letters.....I collect A's! Who cares about eating when there is so much to look at! And buy!
ReplyDeleteOh my...what a great antique mall!! Love the letters. Thanks for sharing all the eye candy with us.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Cindy
Thanks for bringing me along on the Shopping Adventure... I too liked the Drawers in Image #1 and the Vintage Luggage Drawers, which would have matched some Luggage I already have a Collection of.
ReplyDeleteBlessings from the Arizona Desert... Dawn... The Bohemian
Loved the shopping excursion! Love those metal letters too.
ReplyDeleteOh MY! OH MY! OH MY!!!!!!! Too many "lovelies" to mention!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great place to browse and shop!!! Thanks for taking us along...great display ideas for those of us with booths. Love your first selfie!!!
ReplyDeleteNow that is what I call a fabulous shopping trip! Lucky ladies, what great places to roam around in! I would have forgotten lunch, no doubt about it! I'm still chucking at your selfie!
ReplyDeleteI love love love shopping in this kind of shop...and that last photo of the A B C drawers would have come home with me, for sure. :)
ReplyDeleteYou find the coolest stuff. I would love those first drawers you showed. I would also have bought the letters.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a great time with your mom. I so wish I could spend time with mine, and I love to hear stories such as yours where people still appreciate their mamas.
ReplyDeleteLove your new letters, and those useful storage boxes with drawers.
I can save you some time and money in reference to the jewelry display with the wheel. I've already created jewelry displays using that design, and have found much to my dismay cannot be a good idea. In 2009, when I actually first created my wheel style displays, I found that people would not open up the jewelry clasps and take that jewelry off of the wheel, in order to try it on or purchase it. Just trying to save you some money effort and time spent to create something that I have already found doesn't work.
Beautiful, I love the creative displays!
ReplyDeleteHi Betsy, That Antique Warehouse is my most favorite one. I always make my husband stop when we are in the area. I love the booth with all the buttons, trims, drawers full of old hardware. Happy Thoughts #22 is her booth. You do such gorgeous work so I am going to have to follow your blog.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Diana
